Adam Greenberg

Founder of Restaurant Zone Inc.

Adam Greenberg is the President and Founder of Restaurant Zone Inc., the power behind Potomac Pizza, Bagels ‘n Grinds, and Hunter’s Bar and Grill. Since first entering the culinary scene in 1992, Adam’s primary motivations have been to serve delicious food and create a welcoming community space where people can come together to connect while enjoying the best food Maryland has to offer. Adam first entered the culinary scene in 1992 when he opened the Cone Zone of Bethesda. In March 1994, he opened the Cone Zone of Potomac. Shortly after, in June of 1995, Adam purchased the original Potomac Pizza. Since purchasing Potomac Pizza in 1995, Adam has expanded to four additional Potomac Pizza locations: Traville, Chevy Chase, College Park, and Middle River. In 2012, Adam opened Bagels ‘n Grinds, a bagelry specializing in authentic New York bagels, in Hanover, Maryland. In 2017, Adam opened a second Bagels ‘n Grinds location in College Park, Maryland. In addition to Potomac Pizza and Bagels ‘n Grinds, Adam has recent upscale-dining experience. Adam owned College Park Grill from 2018-2023, closing its doors prior to the acquisition of Hunter’s Bar and Grill. Adam currently has eight fully operating restaurants: five Potomac Pizzas, two Bagels ‘n Grinds, and Hunter’s Bar and Grill. Adam is a Maryland native who lives in Potomac with his wife Courtney and has three kids. Adam is also the President of the Potomac Chamber of Commerce.

Dan Seamon

General Manager of Hunter’s Bar and Grill

Dan Seaman is the General Manager and contributing Partner of Hunter’s Bar and Grill. Dan has over twenty years of restaurant experience and was the General Manager of College Park Grill before transitioning to Hunter’s. Prior to joining the College Park Grill team in 2018, Seaman worked at a variety of restaurants including Cafe Deluxe, Woodmont Grill, and Mastro’s Steakhouse.

Chef Tennille “Chef Tee” Middleton is the Corporate Chef for all Restaurant Zone Inc. restaurants. Chef Tee is also the Executive Chef of Hunter’s Bar and Grill, heading kitchen operations. As an alum of both Johnson & Wales University Culinary College and the sixth season of Gordon Ramsey’s “Hell’s Kitchen,” Chef Tee brings over fifteen years of executive chef experience to Hunter’s Bar and Grill. Chef Tee started as the Executive Chef for College Park Grill in August 2022 and now oversees Hunter’s Bar and Grill and all Potomac Pizza and Bagels ‘n Grinds locations.

Michelle “Miki” Donofrio

Manager

Miki brings over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, where she has worked in corporate, country club, and fine dining environments. Miki spent a decade with Thompson Hospitality as a server and bartender, later advancing to bar manager. Miki also spent over 11 years as a guest relations ambassador and manager with Medium Rare. Passionate about connecting with people, Michelle thrives on making guests feel welcome. In her free time, she enjoys the company of her grandson and her fur babies.

Sydney Poretsky grew up in Potomac, MD, where she attended the Primary Day School and Holton-Arms prior to graduating from the University of Maryland with a degree in Communication and Spanish Literature.

Sydney has experience working in communications for a variety of campaigns, organizations, and government entities. She spent two years in North Carolina honing her communication skills while taking graduate courses at Wake Forest University before returning to the DC area. When the pandemic hit, Sydney co-founded Fuel the Fight Winston-Salem where she handled communications and media relations while also coordinating community outreach efforts. In the span of two months, Sydney helped Fuel the Fight raise $34,000 to purchase meals from local restaurants to deliver to almost 3,700 hospital workers around Forsyth County, North Carolina.
